REASON WHY MEN SHOULD RELEASE SPERMS AT LEAST 21 TIMES IN A MONTH, ACCORDING TO RESEARCH

How often should a man ejaculate? Most people relate ejaculation to getting an orgasm. However, there are times men get to orgasm but fail to release semen. Several people ask the question of how often should a man ejaculates to be expected.

Ejaculation has some health benefits, and scientifically speaking it is good for men health. Science recommend that on the average, a man is supposed to ejaculating at least 21 times a month. Below are some benefits for meeting the above target.

During ejaculation, the heart rate increases, and the lungs beat faster, increasing blood flow in the vessels. Increased blood flow helps maintain stable blood pressure and thus reducing the chances of cardiovascular diseases. Studies have shown that men who have sex at least three times a week have a low probability of getting heart diseases than men who have sex once a month or abstain.

Scientists have also proven that ejaculation lowers the chances of prostate cancer. Studies show that men who ejaculate at least 21 times in a month, whether through sex or masturbation, have a 31% lower risk of getting prostate cancer.

Aside from reducing the risk of prostate cancer, ejaculating frequently also comes with its share of benefits to the body at large. These other health benefits include: increased function in the immune system, more relaxed sleep state, less stress and improved feelings of pleasure, and lower blood pressure. So if ever feel worried about the health repercussions of releasing semen excessively, don’t fret.

BANDITS BLOCK ENUGU-PORT HARCOURT HIGHWAY, ALLEGEDLY BURN ARMY VAN AND KIDNAP SCORES OF PASSENGERS

Some passengers were reportedly kidnapped after suspected herdsmen blocked the Enugu-Port Harcourt highway between Leru junction and Ihube axis.

Vanguard reports that the gunmen numbering about 30 and heavily armed, abducted the entire occupants of three buses. The bandits said to be heavily armed were said to have attacked a team of soldiers drafted to the scene following a distress call.

They reportedly set the military van on fire and wounded two soldiers before herding all occupants of three buses they abducted into the bush.

Confirming the incident, a youth leader in Umunneochi said the situation had heightened anxiety in the area. He said the bandits took advantage of the evening rain on Saturday to block the highway, causing gridlock that stretched to Leru junction as commuters mistook them for policemen on the roadblock.

According to him, some of the commuters who had alighted to verify the cause of the gridlock took to their heels when the bandits opened fire on a military van that came to save the situation.

He said some people sustained bullet wounds as motorists abandoned their vehicles and scampered for safety.

Also confirming the incident, the Abia state Commissioner for Information, Eze Chikamnayo, who also doubles as the Secretary of Umunneochi Security Committee, recently inaugurated by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu said;

”It happened at the expressway between Ihube and Umunneochi. In Umunneochi proper, there has been a mass reduction in the number of such incidents but they have migrated to the border between Umunneochi and Imo State.

But Umunneochi Security Committee worked very hard. We are putting checkpoints and we have strengthened our vigilante, and have potentially repelled them.

I think it’s a sign of victory for us that they have left Umunneochi LGA and migrated further towards the express. They are at the boundary between Abia and Imo, precisely at Ihube.''

The Nigerian Army is yet to comment on this development.

The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has vowed not to abandon Nigeria if war should break out..

Obi said even if he was out of the country during a war, he will find a way to return because he prefers to die in Nigeria, than live free in another man’s country.

The Labour Party’s presidential candidate made the comments in a virtual interactive session with more than 1,000 members of his foremost support group, the Peter Obi Support Network.

He told the gathering that even though he has everything he needs to obtain resident permits and citizenship rights in any part of the world he wishes, he has deliberately avoided taking any resident permit from any other country of the world because he believes that Nigeria is the “only country I have.”

Obi said, “When I left the UK after residing there for over 10 years, I returned everything that belonged to them. I have a singular focus on Nigeria, and I do not think I need the citizenship or residence rights of any other country when I haven’t finished exploiting my nature-given rights and privileges as a Nigerian.

Obi, however, urged everyone, especially those in the diaspora, to contribute to Nigeria’s development in whatever capacity they could.

He commended the efforts of diaspora Nigerians in developing the country and urged them not to relent because no matter how comfortable they get in another country, Nigeria will always be their home.

He said, “I love Nigeria irrevocably, and I believe no matter how far we travel or how successful we become outside Nigeria, we can never have another country to call our own but Nigeria. This is why I have continued to do whatever I can within my personal and group capabilities to support Nigeria’s march to greatness.”.

MEXICAN MAYOY MARRIES ALLIGATOR WEARING WEDDING DRESS

A Mexican mayor has married an alligator wearing a wedding dress, sealing the odd couple’s union with a kiss.

It was part of an age-old indigenous tradition, conducted by Mayor Victor Hugo Sosa, and intended to bring abundance to the village of San Pedro Huamelula in southwestern Mexico.

The seven-year-old reptile is known as the Little Princess, and is thought to be a deity representing Mother Earth; her marriage to the local leader symbolises the joining of humans with the divine

The ceremony was colourful, with traditional music and revellers dancing, while urging the indigenous leader to kiss his new bride.

Trumpets blared and drums provided a festive beat as the mayor carried the alligator bride in his arms through the streets as men fanned it with their hats.

Elia Edith Aguilar, known as the godmother who organised the wedding, said: “It gives me so much happiness and makes me proud of my roots.

The small alligator’s snout was tied shut to avoid unwanted biting as the mayor kissed it multiple times throughout the ceremony.

IFEANYI OKOWA CONDEMNS PETER OBI

Ifeanyi Okowa, the running mate of Atiku Abubakar in the forthcoming presidential election has sent a message to the presidential candidate of the labor party, Peter Obi, and the people of Nigeria.

Ifeanyi Okowa in an interview on Monday said Peter Obi does not have what is needed to lead a country like Nigeria. Even though Peter Obi was a former governor and a former member of the PDP, he added that the experience he has gathered is not enough for him to lead a country like Nigeria.

The PDP presidential running mate added that Peter Obi, the labor party presidential candidate would get votes in the forthcoming presidential election but the votes that he would get would not be enough for him to defeat the PDP or win the forthcoming presidential election.

According to a report from Daily Post, the presidential running mate of Atiku Abubakar, Ifeanyi Okowa on Monday, sent a message to Peter Obi and his supporters.

Part of his statement reads ” I did not say he won’ t have any votes, he will have. But what I’ m saying is that he’ s not a new candidate. It has not been long since he left PDP. You know he was in APGA before, from APGA he came to PDP. It has not been long since he left (PDP), so he cannot say anything about PDP because that’ s where he was before. “
