Murray Bruce Tells Billionaires Not To Use Their Private Only To Carry Girls;They should Use It Also To Rescue Nigerians Trapped In Ukraine & Russia War

Silverbird Group founder and former Bayelsa senator, Ben Murray-Bruce, has a word for wealthy Nigerians.

"This crisis in Ukraine has lingered with Nigerian citizens unable to find a solution," the 'common sense senator' wrote on social media today.

"I have a question for our billionaires and those aspiring for elective office. How many of you have fueled your private jets and sent them to neighbouring countries around Ukraine to help evacuate Nigerians' home? None!

"But how many of you have fueled the same to carry your girlfriends to Harrods and fancy unnecessary races in Monaco? A number of you.

"Search your conscience and be a useful and genuinely charitable Nigerian for once."
Murray-Bruce was reacting the the plight of Nigerians who are stranded in Ukraine after Russia invaded the European country.

The federal government, having launched a rescue operation on the crisis, said some of the Nigerians were unwilling to return home.

Following the sit-at-home ordered by the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) to commemorate the 54th anniversary of the declaration of the Sovereign State of Biafra, South East Governors’ Forum Chairman, Dave Umahi, has said May 30 would be set aside as a day to remember millions of Igbo that lost their lives during the civil war.
